Hormonal fluctuations and stress are two of the most common causes of non-hereditary hair loss. Not surprisingly, hair loss is common during or after pregnancy for these same reasons. For many soon-to-be moms, maintaining healthy hair is a task that sometimes gets lost in the shuffle.
